K3PGP receives Lunar Prospector Signal

I realize this reflector is devoted to the MGS program but there doesn't
seem to be any other way to reach anyone at NASA!

A number of us have been receiving the Lunar Prospector signal on
2273.000 Mhz.  Is there any place to send reception reports to NASA?  Any
QSL's available ???
