[linrad] Recommend Motherboard?

I need to replace the motherboard in my ATX-format Linux desktop.

I need to keep the cost of the motherboard, CPU (around 1GHz is fine),
and memory (512M) under $200.

My current mobo is an ASUS A7V133, CPU is an AMD Duron 850MHz, the
memory is 256M of SDRAM PC133. 

I'd be willing to buy a used motherboard w/matching CPU and memory if
someone on the list is upgrading their box.  I don't need a rocket-ship
PC just something RF quiet, Linux-friendly, LinRad-friendly, and
reliable.
