[linrad] HF wave files with pulse noise

Hello, All!

\Well, I got 10 dB of pulse noise tonight and made some Linrad wave files with and
without the blankers on.

I also have the Linrad "S" files recorded at about the same time, also with the pulse
noise; email me if you want them, and tell me where to upload them to.  The 2 S files
are about 7.2 and 9.5 MB zipped.
