[linrad] Re: OSS drivers



Hi Richard,

From the below I do not understand what you did.
The most recent Linux I have running is Fedora 4.
I have used it with oss3993c without any problems.

Today I tried oss3994a. Installation seems ok but
the driver for my Soundblaster does not start any more,
the error message says that DMA buffers can not be 
allocated. Some problem with the latest OSS :-(

I will try to install Mandriva to see what happens.
