Fine:-)

This is not the right way. I placed the definitions
at the "wrong" side of the if statement as an
indication that those who want to use their own
users_hwaredriver together with SDR-14 or the WSE
units should use the routines for sdr-14 and WSE
unit control from the new hwaredriver.c in combination
with their own transmitter, antenna, whatever routines.

Since you do not use these hardwares you should
simply put these two defines inside your own users
hwaredriver.c so these variables automatically
will be in place in future Linrad versions.

There may be a few more variables of this type
when more digital platforms become available and
users having a users_hwaredriver without any
interest in added hardwares should just incorporate
any new variables or subroutines in their
users_hwaredriver.c

The two defines:
int sdr14_att_counter;
int sdr14_nco_counter;
should be present in the prototype file users.c.
By mistake they are not present in 02.11 but they
are there in what will become Linrad-02.12 :-)

This I do not understand. Please more clear
what you mean.
