[linrad] Re: compile error in linrad 02.12

This is a bug. Please change to thread_command_flag.

(I did not notice because I did not test on a 2.4 kernel
before uploading.)

There are several corrections for 02.13 already (including 
this one) but I want to solve the kernver problem as well
as a peculiar problem I found on an old computer running
Mandrake 8.0 before uploading 02.13.

The permission to write to the parallel port on this 
particular machine is lost after a while. To make Linrad
run I have to ask for permission each time a read or a 
write is made. I can see this on no other system but
it might be an indication of some more serious problem
so I will try to understand what goes on....
