[linrad] Re: linrad make errors

Hello,

I'm using Debian and have installed nasm with apt-get. That gave me a very
recent version of nasm that doesn't work at the moment. If, after installing
it, you get a compiling error saying "invalid operands in non-64-bit mode",
I suggest you check the nasm version by doing "nasm --version" or something
similar. I got the error with nasm version 0.99.02 (or perhaps even more
recent), so I manually installed an earlier version, 0.98.39 or so, and it
worked fine.

I'm just telling you this because I'm learning how to correctly reply to
this mailing list. Hope I didn't screw it up already! :)

Toni
