[Linrad] Re: Linrad & MAP65

OK. There should never ever be any D/A sync errors, but if they happen
infrequently they can not be the reason for problems.

That seems to indicate a network problem. Maybe the firewire causes latency
problems for the network. You could ask for higher priority but I do not
really think it would help since the firewire would also get increased priority.

I suggest you set the internal soundcard to sample at 96 kHz (16 bit) and
check whether the network is ok when the firewire is not used. I am not
aware of anyone else who has been using firewire for sound input but
maybe you will get comments from others.

I am afraid the problem is in the operating system. With 10% load for Linrad
there can not be a parameter issue (except for not sending the correct format
by not having the correct version for first backward fft.)
