32*0.196 Megabit/s= 6.272 Mbps

These are the specifications:
USB 1.0 >2 mbps
USB 2.0 12 mbps
USB 2.0 High Speed 480 mbps

Yes, but that is not what is inside the SDR-IQ. It is USB 1.0
or maybe USB 1.1
