linrad RPM

I just put together a RPM for linrad, its only a trial run with an older 
version, but that's what I had on that computer.  This is the first time 
I've had to write a spec file from scratch, so things might be a little 
rough.  It should work with Mandrake 8.x; other versions, distros etc. 
might not work.  If someone has a fresh install to try it on, that would
