WSE RX2500 is an open product. You may download the CAD files
and send them to any PCB manufacturer. For a single PCB, OLIMEX is
a good source, they charge USD 110.05 for a single board including

Antennspecialisten is supplying assembled and tested units only.
I suggest you check what the total cost of components is and compare
it to the WSE RX2500 price.
