Re: [linrad] linrad installation problem

Hi All
it is not something silly like you need to be root to run ./configure?

Henk,
It looks like you do not have the configure script. Is it empty ?

  Arie,

That command just gives a new prompt.
  No message what so ever.

    Henk,
I an sure ./configure has not been run completely, for it has not
created the makefile.
If you run again ./configure what are you then seeing on your screen?

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but my linrad installation failed.

Decompression of the lir00-56.tbz file in the lir directory is OK.
Next I gave the command ./configure (while in the lir dir)
This was executed as far as I can see, because I do not get any error
message in return.

      "make" gives the following message:
xxx no targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

What should I do, any help is welcome.

      Running Suse 8.0.
