You have to go to the main Linrad page which is referenced on the Linrad Home page or "Starter Page".

The files are at the bottom of the referenced page.  I downloaded them from there Sunday evening and had a good time playing with Linrad for Windows and listening to the 2 meter beacons I can hear at this QTH, using Linrad for Windows.

I would paste the URL here but you should be able to find it and I am at work and sneaking this email in among other things I really must be doing ;)
