[linrad] Linrad-02.13

Hi All,

A new version is uploaded. All known bugs
are corrected and two new parameters in 
par_userint allow X11 and Windows users to 
set the size of the window.

(Under Windows the window is actually always the
same size, but Linrad believes it is of the
size defined by the parameters so one can
resize the window to the wanted size)

The problem with X11 under Mandrake 8.0 turned
out to be caused by svgalib. There was a superfluous
call vga_setmousesupport(0) early in main. The
system becomes corrupted somehow if ioperm or
iopl is called before this call and it does not
help to ask for permission on the parallel port 
after this call. Linrad-02.13 now runs fine
under Mandrake 8.0 both with svgalib and under
X11 on my Pentium MMX 200 MHz.

I have removed the network, it needs to be 
restructured and I want to have a stable release
launched before starting to make new things.

Bug reports and ideas on changes that may make
Linrad easier for newcomers are welcome:-)
